Lacey Turner, known for her role as Stacey Slater in EastEnders , is currently on a hiatus from the show.

Viewers recently saw an emotional farewell as Stacey left Walford for a fresh start in Brazil in scenes aired last month on BBC One.

However, Lacey has since comforted fans with the promise that Stacey's absence won't be permanent.
