LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A candlelight vigil was held Monday evening for Sheffield Village Police Lieutenant Aaron Bober, 43.
Lt Bober passed away after a cardiac arrest on Friday, Nov. 21.
“It was truly moving to see our community come together with warmth and reverence, lighting the night in his memory. The support shown this evening reflects the lasting impact Lt. Bober made on all of us, both within the department and throughout the Village of Sheffield,” posted Sheffield Village police on Facebook.
“Lt. Bober served the Sheffield Village community as a dedicated police officer and the greater Lorain County community as a deputy sheriff,” posted the Lorain County Sheriff’s Department on Facebook.
