Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger promises to take quick action after her inauguration on Jan. 17 to fill vacancies on the governing boards of three Virginia colleges that have been caught in the crossfire between Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin and state Senate Democrats who have blocked almost two dozen of his board appointments.
