The man accused of the Liverpool FC victory parade crash broke down in tears as jurors were brought into court ahead of his trial.

Paul Doyle held his head in his hands as a panel of more than 30 jurors came into the courtroom for the start of his trial on Tuesday, November 25.

Five women and seven men were sworn in to serve on the jury at Liverpool Crown Court, with two women sitting as reserve jurors during the prosecution's opening of the case.
