The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation has launched its Igniting Healthcare Holiday 50/50, for a chance to win big while supporting local health care.
The draw, which runs until noon on Jan. 8, offers $10,000 in early bird prizes and a grand prize that grows with every ticket sold, a foundation release said.
This year’s 50/50 will support alliance mammography services, helping ensure patients continue to have access to high-quality breast imaging close to home, the foundation said.
Recent Ontario Breast Screening Program changes have expanded eligibility, allowing individuals aged 40 to 74 to self-refer for routine screening. As a result, more people than ever are choosing CKHA for their mammograms, the foundation added.
