Public memorial services for Mary Duckett, a 60-year Southernside resident and Greenville community activist, have been set for two days in late November, with an option to view the gravesite online.

Duckett, who died on Nov. 16 , will have "paying of respects" services held on Nov. 26 and Nov. 28 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes — Downtown Chapel between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Duckett's family is not expected to be present during the memorial service.
