Thanksgiving week always comes with a different feel to it in Michigan.
Football is a part of the holiday around the country, though the sport is engraved in Michiganders lives at every level come Thursday.
From the Lions kicking off on Thanksgiving, to Michigan’s annual matchup with that team to the south of us and the MHSAA state championships at Ford Field , football lovers are covered.
This year, things will stretch out a bit in Detroit.
