ST PAUL, Minn. — For the second time in less than a week, a wave of armed and masked federal agents massed at a location in St. Paul to carry out an operation while angry activists gathered to support those targeted.
A witness said agents moved on a home located on the 600 block of Rose Ave. E just before 9 a.m. Multiple community members on scene said they had been told the federal force was executing a warrant to arrest one person, but that information is yet unconfirmed.
KARE 11 cameras captured one activist being taken to the ground and arrested. Another person told a KARE photojournalist that at least three people had been taken into custody, and showed a spent canister of pepper spray.
