The trial of a 36-year-old Suffolk woman accused of throttling and assaulting a woman will take place in 2027.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday (November 24) for a plea and trial preparation hearing was Hayley Thorn of Russett Close, Haverhill.
She pleaded not guilty to offences of intentional strangulation and making a threat to kill dating back to January last year.
Thorn also denied two offences of assault causing actual bodily harm which allegedly took place in November 2021 and January 2024
Her trial, which is expected to last three to four days, will take place during a two-week warned list commencing. April 12 2027. A pre-trial review will take place on April 8 2027.
Judge David Pugh allowed Thorn's conditional bail to continue.
