A Pontiac woman is facing federal charges for allegedly buying a gun for a felon who then reportedly used it to kill his longtime girlfriend and himself last month.

According to the complaint recently filed in U.S. District Court-Eastern District of Michigan, Victoria Green is charged with making false statements to purchase an AR-15-style Ruger rifle from a Waterford Township pawnshop on Oct. 30 and then providing it to Clifford Noel, Jr., who used it to murder 33-year-old Latrece Harper later that day — and then fatally shot himself.
