A flower business has found a new home in a chapel.

R & P Flower House, run by Rebecca Eldrett and Alyssa Findlay, has relocated to the chapel at Duncombe Cemetery in Ferryhill.

The move comes after responding to an advertising campaign for vacant properties by Ferryhill Town Council.

Rebecca Eldrett and Alyssa Findlay, co-owners of the business, said: "We are absolutely delighted to continue our floral journey within the cemetery.

"We can’t wait to work closely with the community and hope to bring comfort, joy, and beauty to every space we touch as we create the very best blooms."

Previously operating from Ferryhill town centre, the pair decided it was time to move to a dedicated space for their growing business.
