Investigators with the South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) advise that people who were at the Spartanburg County Treasurer's Office during business hours on Nov. 17 or Nov. 18 may have been exposed to measles.
The treasurer's office is located at 366 North Church Street near downtown.
The warning was part of Nov. 25 DPH update that reported three new cases of measles identified in Spartanburg.
