Four more arrests have been made in the infamous Louvre heist from October, bringing the total number of suspects currently detained to eight.

No official details have been publicly shared regarding charges, as the newly apprehended individuals — two men and two women, whose ages range from 31 to 40 and who are from the Paris region — will be taken in for further questioning, along with the others who were arrested in late October .

French news source Le Parisien said one of the men arrested on Tuesday morning is believed to be the fourth member of the four-person team that carried out the robbery, meaning all are now in custody.
