WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - A 19-year-old Bluffton man is facing multiple felony charges after he allegedly fled from a deadly crash in Wells County.

Juan Daniel Jimenez Gomez is accused of involvement in the crash that claimed the life of 76-year-old Neil Scott of Decatur and injured others. His charges include:

Felony leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death;

Felony operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, resulting in death;

Two counts of felony leaving the scene of the accident;

Burglary;

Two counts of misdemeanor leaving the scene of the accident;

Misdemeanor criminal trespass; and

Misdemeanor battery.
