YORKTON — A long-serving Yorkton city councillor is being recognized on the national stage for her decades of work in municipal leadership.
Councillor Randy Goulden has earned an Honourable Mention in the 2025 Local Government Awards, presented by Municipal World.
The national acknowledgement highlights her contributions to municipal governance, community development and advocacy at the local, provincial and federal levels.
Goulden was first elected to Yorkton City Council in 1997 and has spent nearly three decades shaping the city’s growth and long-term planning.
Over the years, she has worked across numerous portfolios and committees, helping guide Yorkton through economic development, recreation planning and community partnerships.
