NEW YORK (WABC) -- A fashion movement is sweeping social media, and it is all about trading sweatpants for sweaters.

It started with one viral TikTok video from Jason Gyamfi and Richard Minor from the Bronx that now has over 23 million views.

Young men across the country are opting for quarter-zips and are posting about leveling up their lives on social media.

Gyamfi graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in computer science and when he started interviewing for jobs, he knew it was time to upgrade his look.

"It makes me feel good when you look good, you do good," Gyamfi said.

He posted about his job-seeking attire to his following of thousands and suddenly, the quarter-zip was a revolution.
