GAYLORD — Jessie Baderschneider, who passed away from esophageal cancer in September, is being remembered by her family with a brightly lit tree in her honor.
Jessie’s mother, Pattie Baderschneider, and sister, Shaina Baderschneider-D’Ambrosio, have decorated a tree with bright pink lights to celebrate Jessie’s life and the joy she brought to others. Jessie was diagnosed with cancer in January and fought bravely until her passing just before Labor Day.
“She was my best friend. We were really close,” said Shaina Baderschneider-D’Ambrosio, Jessie’s sister, reflecting on their bond.
“She made friends everywhere she went,” said Pattie Baderschneider, Jessie’s mother, recalling how Jessie connected with people.
Jessie was the youngest of three daughters and attended school at Mount Pleasant
