A lawsuit filed last week in Michigan accuses a Campbell Soup Company executive of making offensive comments towards its customers and employees during a meeting in November 2024.

The suit was filed by Robert Garza, a former cybersecurity analyst for Campbell Soup, against Martin Bally, the company’s vice president and chief of information security officer.

The filing accuses Bally of making disparaging comments, which were secretly recored during a meeting in Camden, New Jersey, Local 4 News Detroit reported.
