Katy Perry is requesting nearly $5 million in damages from the previous owner of her $15 million mansion in Montecito in an ongoing legal battle.

The “California Gurls” singer asked for the former owner, entrepreneur Carl Westcott, to pay a total of $4,718,698.95 in a Nov. 21 court document obtained by PEOPLE.

The document states that Perry is “entitled to $3,525,00
