CLEVELAND, TN (WDEF) – Shoppers at the Food City on Ocoee Crossing in Cleveland might have noticed a few familiar faces in the checkout line today (11/25/25) Celebrity baggers were back to raise money for the United Way. Folks from Lee University, Whirlpool, and even News 12 helped folks bag up their groceries. Any tips they earned go straight to the United Way, which helps our community in a variety of ways.

Store Manager Eric Hozouri says, “There are very little areas in Cleveland where they don’t touch, it seems like, and I know as a store manager, we’ve had associates, we’ve had customers come in in need and we’ve been able to refer them over to our local United Way who almost always reaches out and finds help in our community for them.
