NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Metro Nashville Police Department safely rescued a 2-month-old boy at the center of an Amber Alert out of Georgia on Tuesday afternoon.
The boy’s father, Tariq Williams, was arrested after being found with the baby in a Nolensville Pike parking lot near the Williamson County line.
“Tariq Williams is in custody as a fugitive. He is facing a number of charges in Georgia including kidnapping, false imprisonment & theft,” MNPD reports.
