When kids enjoy this firefighter-themed playground, they’re doing more than just having fun.

They’re helping keep alive the memory of a late fire captain who served the city of Riverside.

Earlier this month, the city dedicated and held a grand opening for Tim Strack Park in the Arlanza neighborhood to honor a longtime firefighter and president of the firefighters union.
