ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The two people accused of starting a massive fire at a northeast Atlanta apartment complex in 2023 are facing more charges in a new indictment.
Charnelle Gunn and Robert Stokes face one count of second-degree arson and 17 counts of second-degree criminal damage to property, according to the re-indictment filed on Oct. 31.
