An investigation is underway in Braintree, Massachusetts, after several shots were fired in a neighborhood Tuesday night, and police are asking for the public's help identifying whoever was responsible.

Braintree police responded to the Alfred and Joseph Road area around 8:18 p.m. after receiving several calls reporting "four to five" gunshots there. Several witnesses spoke with officers on scene, but no suspect descriptions have been provided at this time.

No injuries were reported, and police believe the suspect, or suspects, left the area immediately after the shots were fired.
