EMPORIA, Kan. (KAKE) - One man is dead after a semi-truck overturned into a ditch in Lyon County early Monday morning.

Around 12:14 a.m., a semi truck was heading south on I-35 near the I-335 intersection in Lyon County. The driver entered a curve too quickly on a ramp, went off the road, hit three posts and overturned before stopping in a ditch.
