TUNICA CO., Miss. (WMC) - A 15-year-old is facing charges after a shooting in Tunica County over the weekend .

The shooting happened just after 5 p.m. Saturday at Kirby Road Estates in Robinsonville.

Deputies found a 16-year-old at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.

Jeremiah Moore, 15, was later identified as the suspect.

A Crime Stoppers tip on Wednesday morning informed law enforcement that Moore was in Memphis.

He was then found and taken into custody where he will be extradited to Tunica County Jail.

Moore is charged with attempted murder.

Tunica County Sheriff’s Office says more charges may be forthcoming.
