SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Sun Prairie man who was declared AWOL on Tuesday was arrested by Sun Prairie Police early Wednesday, according to the Dane County Sheriff's Office.
Richard Vanderbloemen, 43, disappeared after deputies monitoring the program received an alert from his GPS bracelet and responded to check on him. Vanderbloemen had cut his bracelet and left it outside.
He was arrested just before 1 a.m. and returned to the Dane County Jail.
