HCSO detectives are asking for the public’s help identifying a nightclub regular known as “Cowboy,” accused of assaulting women he meets in the FM 1960 area.

According to investigators with the Adult Sex Crimes Unit, the man is a regular at several nightclubs along FM 1960 in north Harris County, particularly Chayn’s Nightclub in the 3900 block of FM 1960.

Club employees also know him only by the nickname “Cowboy.”

Detectives say the suspect is described as a man in his 50s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall. He has told others he may be a retired HCSO deputy, though investigators say that claim is unconfirmed.
