A new Alamo Ranch restaurant will soon test San Antonio’s sushi stamina. Takumi Japanese Restaurant & Bar , offering all-you-can-eat rolls and sashimi, says it will open by the end of December at 10907 Culebra Rd. #101.

The eatery first teased its opening with a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing in September 2024, stating that the 7,044-square-foot spot would be completed by the end of October 2025. In recent weeks, it has been previewing its vast menu in anticipation of its grand opening.

Takumi will offer limitless sushi at affordable prices. The regular feast costs $32.95 for adults and $17.95 for kids aged 5-10. Lunch service will be provided Monday through Saturday for a discounted cost of $12.95 for children and $22.95 for grown-ups. Youth aged 4 and under alw
