KINGSTON – A pedestrian crossing the Boulevard south of the crosswalk near Stewarts shop in Kingston, was seriously injured, city police said Wednesday.

The 41-year-old individual, whose gender was not made public, was injured at around 1:50 p.m. on November 21.

Police located the SUV and its driver shortly after the incident and said charges are anticipated to be filed against the driver.

Kingston Police were assisted by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and State Police.
