Surveillance video from inside a restaurant in North Miami captured a fight between two people on Wednesday, and one of them was taken to the hospital after they were stabbed, deputies said.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office, deputies arrived in the area of Northwest 119th Street and 11th Avenue after receiving reports of a stabbing.

Deputies said the subject is a woman who approached another woman and asked for money, but was denied.

The suspect then followed the woman into the Pinolandia restaurant, and a confrontation ensued.

In the surveillance video obtained exclusively by NBC6, the two women were seen inside the store and started fighting.

At one point, the suspect appears to stab the woman several times with an object.
