Jeffrey Epstein reportedly plotted to hire an ex-SAS hitman as he wanted to "silence" Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson , it has been revealed. Historian Andrew Lownie, who wrote his book Entitled about Sarah and Andrew , has revealed that the late sex offender became paranoid that his crimes would be exposed whilst awaiting his trail.

Mr Lownie said: "He spoke to a hitman who was a former member of the British SAS and said he wanted the Yorks dead. He wanted to remove them. I’ve been told this by two reliable sources, one in Paris and a former FBI agent in Florida, and I can believe it’s true."

Explaining further, he added: " Epstein said all sorts of thing s, and you can’t always believe what he said."
