LOS ANGELES, California — Former child actor John Eimen, known for his appearances on shows including “Leave it to Beaver” and “The Twilight Zone” has died at 76, People reported .
According to the magazine’s report, Eimen died Friday at his home in Mukilteo, Washington. The cause was prostate cancer, a diagnosis his loved ones said he received just a couple of months earlier in September.
Entertainment Weekly reported he first broke into television at age 6 after being discovered by a talent agent who had visited his Los Angeles first-grade class. He made his debut in the pilot episode of “Leave it to Beaver” in 1957, playing a classmate of Theodore “Beaver” Cleaver.
