A 33-year-old man accused of forcing his way into a Suffolk woman’s home while she was bathing her children and raping her claimed they had consensual sex, a court has heard.
Daniel Green was "excitable and erratic" when he knocked at the woman's door and said he looking for her ex-partner, Ipswich Crown Court was told.
He had pushed his way in and the woman, who lives in Bury St Edmunds, told him to wait while she got her children out of the bath.
When she came back to where Green was waiting he had allegedly taken off his top and told her that she wanted to have sex with him.
When the woman bent over a counter to get a charger, Green had allegedly held her by her neck and back and raped her after pulling down her leggings and underwear.
She told him she wasn’t consenting to sex with
