TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A driver has been arrested and charged following a two-vehicle crash in Tucson that resulted in a fatality.

Tucson Police Department traffic detectives identified the driver involved in the Nov. 14 crash as 72-year-old Pedro Samaniego Alvarez.

Alvarez was charged with three counts of Felony Endangerment and one count of Manslaughter.

On Nov. 14 around 11;45 p.m., officers and the Tucson Fire Department responded to the scene at West Speedway Boulevard. Adrian Avalos, 35, was pronounced dead at the location. His vehicle had become disabled, and he was attempting to move it with the help of others, TPD said.
