WARREN — On Thanksgiving Eve, Ware High School delivered a commanding performance, with Alex Orszulak and quarterback Troy Jurczyk dominating the field. Their physical presence secured a solid 34-7 win over Quaboag in their final game of the season.

It was the third Thanksgiving win in a row for the Indians (7-4), which improved to 10-6 all-time in the series that dates back to 2009.

The beginning of the first quarter proved to be difficult for both teams, with little significant yardage. Early on, Quaboag quarterback Jacob Cacace and Elijah Wilhelm put in the effort, while Ware’s Jurczyk and Orszulak also worked hard. However, the first five minutes passed with minimal progress.
