Meet with police

RUTLAND — Rutland City Police Department will host a series of community meetings during the first two weeks of December. At these meetings, the supervisor who is responsible for each sector will highlight current crime trends, present real-time data, and discuss challenges faced in their specific sector.

— Sector 3 Northeast Sector (north of Killington Avenue and east of North Main Street), from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at Godnick Center, 1 Deer St., Rutland City, with Assigned Sector Sergeant Heter.

— Sector 2 Southwest Sector (south of West Street and west of South Main Street, excluding downtown), from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Rec Center, 134 Community Drive, Rutland City, with Assigned Sector Sergeant Rose.
