Black Friday, which falls on Nov. 28 this year, is historically a big day for shopping. Many restaurants have deals for shoppers who need a break from bargain hunting – and there’s discounts on food and drinks for gift giving, too.

Shoppers have been embracing early deals, if online spending is a barometer. So far, shoppers spent $79.7 billion online from Nov. 1 to Nov. 23, according to Adobe Analytics, which tracks e-commerce transactions. That’s an increase of 7.5% over last year, Adobe says.

With online spending forecast to rise 8.3% on Black Friday and 6.3% on Cyber Monday (Dec. 1), overall online holiday spending is expected to hit a record $253.4 billion, up 5.3% from a year ago, Adobe estimates.

Whether you are hunting bargains in stores or online, here’s some bargains for you or someone on your gift list.

Red Lobster contests and BOGO food deals

Through Dec. 31, when you purchase a $25 Red Lobster gift card, you get a $5 bonus coupon that also has an 8-digit code that serves as an entry to the restaurant chain’s Red Lobsttery drawing, which has prizes including a $25,000 grand prize and $50 Red Lobster gift cards. (You can collect up to 20 tickets during the promotion, which gives you up to 20 chances to win.)

Then, starting Cyber Monday and through Dec. 7, you can buy one, get one free of certain entrées (Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo, and Garlic Shrimp Scampi).

Wendy’s 67-cent Frostys on Black Friday

Wendy’s has a Black Friday deal that riffs on the “6-7” meme (pronounced “six-seven”) – a small Frosty for $0.67 all day. You can get the offer in the Wendy’s app or by ordering in restaurants across the nation.

After Black Friday, you can continue to get the deal through Dec. 7 as a mobile order in the Wendy’s app or an online order (offer good once per day in that timespan).

7-Eleven deals for Black Friday, holidays

The convenience store chain has several specials running through Jan. 6, 2026 at its 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes locations. The first gets members of the 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards loyalty programs a $2 Breakfast Sandwich with any hot coffee purchase. All customers can take advantage of a $5 Pizza Combo Deal with two slices of pizza and a 20-ounce Coca-Cola. At Speedy Café locations, you can get $5 one-topping large pizzas.

Amazon and Whole Foods holiday deals

Preparing to host a holiday gathering? Amazon has grocery deals available online and in stores on its private label grocery brands, same-day delivery, and purchases at Whole Foods Market:

  • Grocery deals: Specials available for delivery via Same Day Delivery on Amazon (in eligible locations) and Amazon Fresh online, while supplies last, include 10% or more off select Amazon Basics holiday hosting supplies; select Amazon brand holiday baking essentials and pantry items under $3 (available through Dec. 1); and a variety of dips priced under $4 from select private label and national brands (Nov. 28 to Dec. 31). Also: frozen Butterball turkeys starting at 49 cents per pound and 20% off six or more 750ml select bottles of wine are available through Amazon Fresh online and in-store now through December, while supplies last.
  • Amazon Prime deals: Members get a $5 discount when they spend $25 or more on eligible grocery items in select locations from Friday, Nov. 28, to Tuesday, Dec. 2. Find eligible items on the Same-Day Store on Amazon.com.
  • Whole Foods deals: Amazon Prime members can save 25% on select 365 by Whole Foods Market baking essentials, including spices, sweeteners, baking mixes, flour, cocoa and baking chocolate, while supplies last.

More Black Friday food deals

  • Auntie Anne’s: When you spend $30 on gift cards, you get $10 in rewards to use by Jan. 31, 2026 (redeem $5 in reward codes per purchase using the Auntie Anne’s Rewards account).
  • Beef ‘O’ Brady’s: Buy a $50 gift card and get $20 in bonus cards; buy a $100 card and get $40 in bonus cards. (Bonus cards can be redeemed Jan. 1, 2026 to Feb. 28, 2026.)
  • Biggby Coffee: Spend $20 or more and get a Biggby Black Friday scratch card with a discount reward.
  • Blaze Pizza: Get a free large 1-topping pizza or cheese pizza with any digital order of $20 or more placed via the Blaze App or blazepizza.com through Monday, Dec. 1.   • Happy Coffee: The coffee brand founded by Robert Downey Jr. has a Black Friday deal on Amazon, offering 20% off its ready-to-drink lattes and cold brew, ground coffee and K-Cups.

  • Huddle House: Through Sunday, Nov. 30, with any meal purchase of $20 or more, get a free select appetizer (choice include cheesy bacon fries, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks or jalapeño poppers). Offer good for dine-in, carryout, and online orders. Also, Huddle House Rewards members also get triple loyalty points.
