Happy Thanksgiving, ENC! A chilly start will give way to a cool and sunny day, with a light breeze expected in the afternoon. Highs top out in the 50s and lower 60s, and lows in the 30s, with breezes picking up late at night.
The start of the shopping season will be cold, as winds begin to pick up from the north at 10-20 mph, with highs struggling to reach the 40s. Wind chills will be in the 30s and 20s in the morning, then in the 40s in the afternoon. Winds will start to relax briefly late Friday and into Saturday, but lows will fall to the 20s, as a hard freeze remains. More of the same for Small Business Saturday, but with less windy conditions. Highs in the 40s with a few clouds moving in later in the day. Lows drop to the 20s and 30s into Sunday morning.
Warmer weather returns Sunda
