KIM HELLBERG described Middlesbrough as the "perfect fit" and wasted no time in setting out his ambitions on Teesside - to win promotion.
After establishing himself as one of the brightest young coaches in Scandinavia, Hellberg says it's "always been a dream" to manage in England and instantly had his heart set on taking charge at the Riverside from the moment he first spoke to the club's hierarchy.
Hellberg took training for the first time on Thursday ahead of his first game in charge against Derby County this weekend.
And he takes charge of a Boro team that are third in the Championship, only outside the automatic promotion places on goal difference.
There's still an awful long way to go in the Championship season, and the second tier is extremely competitive, with just five points
