The parking lot at the Cloudview Trailhead in Gold Canyon has limited spaces, and no on-street parking is available.

Vehicles have been illegally parking on the roadway, which can be a problem for emergency vehicles. Pinal County will be enforcing a new ordinance that allows vehicles to be cited and towed, it states in a release.

There is no alternative parking, so hikers need a backup plan to hike a different trailhead if the lot is full.

The Cloudview Trailhead, 11231 E. Cloudview Ave., is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
