“Vessels” will open Dec. 2 at Art & Light Gallery in Greenville.

The exhibition, which features works by artists Beth Elliott of Asheville, North Carolina; Teresa Roche of Greenville and Liz Rundorff Smith of Travelers Rest, will be on display virtually on the gallery’s website and in person at 16 Aiken St. in Greenville through Dec. 27.

Elliott uses her educational foundation in biochemistry and landscape architecture to influence her visions and forms in clay and sculpture. Roche is a mixed media artist, who works in acrylic, watercolor and collage. Rundorff Smith uses oil and encaustic paint to paint abstract images, said a news release from the gallery.

Art & Light Gallery will host an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 5 to celebrate the new collection. During the celebration,
