Shopping Friday looks to be quiet, a little breezy and cold, with highs in the upper 20s. Late Friday night, a winter storm will start to impact the area, especially for areas west of Madison. Snow will begin during the early morning hours, with 1-2" of snow on the ground by daybreak Saturday.
