DETROIT -- The quarterback is the one that sets the table for the offense, and on Thanksgiving Jordan Love served up one heck of a feast.
Love threw for 234 yards and 4 touchdowns as he and the Green Bay Packers beat the Detroit Lions, 31-24, to keep pace with the Chicago Bears in the fight for the NFC North crown.
Dontayvion Wicks had one of the best games of his career for Green Bay, hauling in 6 catches for 94 yards and 2 touchdowns. Christian Watson had 80 yards on 2 catches, including a tone-setting 51-yard touchdown catch.
The Lions suffered a tough blow early in the game as star wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown was forced out of the game with an injury. Jameson Williams stepped up in his place, however, with 7 catches for 144 yards and a touchdown.
