HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good evening and Happy Thanksgiving! It turned out to be a pretty nice day for Thanksgiving with mostly sunny skies and light winds. Temperatures stayed fairly cool in the low to mid 40’s, but much colder temperatures arrive this weekend.

Mostly cloudy skies are expected later tonight into tomorrow. A few isolated snow showers are possible this evening across western Nebraska. A better chance for some light snow comes tomorrow morning into the afternoon across northern and northeastern Nebraska. Minor accumulations are expected with this. Winds pick up tomorrow around 10 to 20 mph ahead of our winter storm.
