BUFFALO, N.Y. — A local Buffalo ministry spent the morning giving back to the community by hosting a “Thankful Breakfast,” offering a warm meal and a message of love on Thanksgiving .

“We’re excited to be here today,” said Life Turning Point Ministries lead pastor Eric "E Will" Williams . “This is our Thankful Breakfast. We know many people are cooking all day and preparing for their huge Thanksgiving dinners, so we decided to serve them breakfast so they don’t have to worry about it. It’s about coming out, giving love, showing love as a ministry to our community.”

When asked why the event was so important, Williams said that love requires action.
