The competition is ramping up on Strictly Come Dancing as the remaining contestants edge their way closer to the Glitterball.

Sadly, one star who has missed their chance of winning the show is Vicky Pattison, who was eliminated from the BBC show just before Blackpool Week.

Although many fans were left reeling at her exit, it looks as though the star has been busy since leaving the competition, as she made an exciting announcement this week.

Taking to Instagram, Vicky informed her followers that she's joining the presenting team for Stand Up To Cancer on Channel 4.

In the post, she commented: "A pinch me moment...This year, I will be joining the legendary presenting team for @su2cuk alongside TV icons @davinamccall and @adamhillscomedy for the @channel4 live show.
