Under Georgia law , a "farm tractor" is defined as "every motor vehicle designed and used primarily as a farm implement, for drawing plows, mowing machines, and other implements of husbandry."
Similarly, an "implement of husbandry" is "every device, whether it is self-propelled or not, designed and adapted so as to be used primarily for agricultural, horticultural, or livestock-raising operations or for lifting or carrying an implement of husbandry."
