Longfellow Design Build founder Mark R. Bogosian has added another Falmouth Heights property to his growing real estate portfolio, acquiring the historic Red Horse Inn for $3.35 million. The sale, finalized October 30, was recorded under 28 Falmouth Hts Road LLC, which purchased the inn from Rh Inn LLC.
Bogosian did not return multiple messages left for him by the Enterprise this week. Plans for the inn’s future remain unclear.
While the property has been operating as an inn for the last 77 years, it did not start that way.
According to past Enterprise reporting, the Red Horse Inn traces its beginnings to 1933, when the building was built for Tekla Hedlund of Lynbrook, New York. Hedlund operated the building as The Bellows, a “fashionable dining spot” until 1945, when she suffered a cer
