A 30-year-old influencer has died following a gruelling attempt to pile on 55lbs and lose it all again as part of an extreme fitness challenge. Dmitry Nuyanzin dedicated himself to consuming 10,000 calories a day, far exceeding the 2,500 calories for men recommended by the NHS , in a bid to promote his weight-loss programme.
